Text messages are the most efficient way to get customers refilling and picking up prescriptions on time. 

How text messaging works:

Signing up patients is easy!

When a customer signs up for text messaging, they will begin receiving texts to let them know:

  • When their prescription is ready for pick up. They will get this as soon as the prescription hits the bin.
  • When their prescription is due for refill. They can refill by replying to the message.
  • When their refill request has been placed.
  • The pharmacy can also send notifications of immunization clinics, drug recalls, and other types of messages via the messaging system.
